Right when I opened the site, my first thought was that it looked really cute and welcoming. The colors are nice, and the simple layout makes it feel easy to use without having to figure anything out.

I was really happy with how safe this felt for my kid, which was the main thing I cared about. The only small issue was that the sizing seemed a little off, but overall I’m satisfied with it

I still remember sitting there waiting and hoping someone would actually help, but it felt like customer service took forever. By the time I finally gave up, I was just annoyed and disappointed because I didn’t get any real help at all.

Overall, it ended up being fine, and my daughter is really happy with the dress. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because, for me, the exchange process felt a little slow

My kid was really excited about this and it did look super cute on. We used it a few times, mostly just around the house and for that little thing we had, but the seams started coming loose quickly. It’s not awful or anything, and it still worked for what we needed, I just thought it would hold up a little better for dress-up play. Probably fine if it’s only being worn here and there.
